Researchers at the University of Michigan have proven that fast sleep helps curb emotions. According to tests, people who slept by the hour are much more stress-resistant and balanced than those who did not sleep at all. In addition, they are better at coping with complex tasks, in contrast to lack of sleep. According to the study of  Dr. Jennifer Goldschmayed, the longer you wake up, the better. And if you do not have an extra hour to sleep, at least half an hour will be enough.
